Their new AI voice assistant is absolutely atrocious. It doesn’t understand basic requests and doesn’t even give the option to type any of your information anymore. It requires you to say all of your personal/private information aloud.
Unreachable customer care. The AI bot is dumb. Goes circular without any point to get in touch with a real person.
The folks at CVS Pharmacy in College Center are some of the busiest professionals I see all week! They package orders, give vaccines, review med-histories, answer questions and navigate insurance issues. The staff is likewise welcoming, upbeat, and very knowledgeable about the meds I've needed to pick up. A special thanks to Anna and Pharmacists Nirav and Whitney!
It was a super bad experience I was just going to get the vaccines and Erika didn’t know what she wanted and it bothered me and I told her to cancel everything
Generally we’ve had good experiences here, although their hours are limited. Today I tried to fill an antibiotic prescription for my kid who has an ear infection, but they couldn’t fill the prescription for multiple hours because they were doing inventory. Now I’m back and they’re closed for lunch. Between inventory and lunch this pharmacy has been non-functional for about 4 hours of the time when it was supposed to be open today, which is really frustrating!
