I am not buying the whole "we're short staffed" excuse anymore. The pharmacy techs at this location are lazy, incompetent, and just don't give a hoot about whether you get your medication or have to call in umpteenth times or sit in the drive through, or wait in line day after day. Called in to fill a prescription. Automated system says it'll be ready Monday. Go through the drive through on Tuesday, no medication.
