CVS has moved away from pharmacy staff assisting when picking up prescriptions to mandating the use of a computer terminal that you need to manually enter all info about yourself - so impersonal.
The pharmacist in Wakefield MA is a young man that is patient, thorough, affable and hands on. He's always considerate and informative whenever I have questions. He's a pleasure to deal with.
Getting better with handling the pharmacy demands, inside and drive thru. I believe for awhile they were understaffed but now seems they have adequate staff. Always friendly either way. General section of the store is always clean and well stocked.
