worst pharmaceutical staff I've ever dealt with... when you can actually get them on the phone their English is so piss poor you cant even understand them. today I sat on hold for nearly 30 mins without talking to anyone before I finally gave up. save yourself the aggravation and take ur business else where.
This place sucks...im out of my meds again cause they cant pick up a fucking phone and tell me hey you dr is not responding to you refill request...why did you close kmart pharmacy....never once had a problem and they treated you like family...take notes cvs you guys suck
Rude people in pharmacy. The two foreign lady's wouldn't let me get a word in befor they started teaming up on me. Will not be going back and they will be happy about that because there a bunch of *******.
I love this location. It's always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I mostly go to CVS to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacy is always quick with filling time and I have never any problems. I stopped by to get s flu shot and I was in and out within 20 mins, it was perfect because I was on my lunch break from work. I was a Rite Aid customer for years and ended up switching everything over to CVS about 3 years ago and I'm so happy I did.
The pharmacist on the midnight shift refuse to sell me a cvs brand nasal decongestant..... Will never shop at this CVS store ever again. He should get fired for the way he treats customer's.
Witnessed a rude customer tonight, which was upsetting since the workers at this CVS have ALWAYS been nothing but pleasant and helpful. Never had a problem here.
Very sad to say that I am no longer a fan CVS. Employees are cold and rude. Good luck.
