They have the worst customer service. They are corporate pill pushers instead of true pharmacists who care about your health. Independent pharmacies were so much better! And their automated system claimed my refill was being processed and it wasn’t. And when I commented on this to the pharmacist, he told me it wasn’t his problem and I should call CVS customer service!
They lied to my wife. My wife who recently had a double mastectomy. They told her that her prescription was ready. I got there a few hours after they made that promise to my wife. They had no idea what I was talking about. They told me that it was going to be 20 minutes. As I was waiting, the number of people waiting to receive their meds increased. Clearly CVS Pharmacy on Excelsior in St. Louis Park, MN has big time issues when it comes to their pharmacy! I was there tonight to pick up 2 prescriptions which I had already received text messages that they were ready BUT they were not ready. I waited and waited and waited and watched numerous people pick up their prescriptions after they had told me it would be a couple minutes!
