Friendly and professional staff, find what you need and pharmacists are very helpful.
This CVS doesn't open on time and when you go in, people act like you are bothering them, pan-handlers outside begging for money, a man rifles through the trash looking for food. I go to Rite Aid on North and Greenmount...MUCH better!
This pharmacy use to be great. It is now the pits. I waited for 9 hours for my medication. Attitudes in pharmacy as well as front cashiers need to take a CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS.
I was at this location waiting for the pharmacy to open. My four year old needed to use the restroom and they told me he couldn't use it (they have allowed the children to use the restroom before). I had to take my child home just to turn back around to pick up the prescription. I am transferring it to a pharmacy that has a bit more compassion for their customers
