I usually love this pharmacy and the staff. Gill & Joy are wonderful! But your new pharmacist needs more training in how to speak to customers. I came in Friday August 1st around 2:30pm and it was not busy, I was the only one in line. I had questions about my medication and her response was the instructions are on the bottle. That’s not the response I expect from a pharmacist, it’s your job to tell me about my medication if I ask you any questions. She was very dismissive and quick to rush me away.

Called on Sunday June 8th because the PA for my husband's medication was finally approved. I asked the PT how much our copay was for the medication now that it was finally approved and he told me $0, which to me didn't sound right at first but the person I was speaking to told me that was what they were seeing. The next day I drove down there to pick up the medication since I got the text saying it was in stock and ready for pickup, the woman behind the counter asks if I was aware there was a high copay, to which I said one ... read more

Absolutely amazing and pleasant experience. I was helped by Gill Shaun and she was an absolute angel. Listened to my situation and was very patient and willing to help. Great person.
