Called on Sunday June 8th because the PA for my husband's medication was finally approved. I asked the PT how much our copay was for the medication now that it was finally approved and he told me $0, which to me didn't sound right at first but the person I was speaking to told me that was what they were seeing. Absolutely amazing and pleasant experience. I was helped by Gill Shaun and she was an absolute angel. Listened to my situation and was very patient and willing to help. Great person.
