I usually love this pharmacy and the staff. Gill & Joy are wonderful! But your new pharmacist needs more training in how to speak to customers. I came in Friday August 1st around 2:30pm and it was not busy, I was the only one in line. I had questions about my medication and her response was the instructions are on the bottle. That’s not the response I expect from a pharmacist, it’s your job to tell me about my medication if I ask you any questions. She was very dismissive and quick to rush me away.
Called on Sunday June 8th because the PA for my husband's medication was finally approved. I asked the PT how much our copay was for the medication now that it was finally approved and he told me $0, which to me didn't sound right at first but the person I was speaking to told me that was what they were seeing. Very friendly and helpful Everytime I visit the pharmacy
Absolutely amazing and pleasant experience. I was helped by Gill Shaun and she was an absolute angel. Listened to my situation and was very patient and willing to help. Great person.
This pharmacy is absolutely the finest, caring, thoughtful, most ifficient of anywhere!!!
