I tried to find an item & had to call (While in the store) to find it. After finding it, one of the clerks tried to "Help" me when he saw I also had photos to check out & wondered if it was paid for already. I've done it so many times at self check out, I can do it blindfolded. RETRAINING needed for customer service! ASAP!!
