I am frustrated. Beyond frustrated. You are the closest pharmacy to a major hospital and you have limited your hours significantly. Reducing from a 24 hour pharmacy to your restricted hours and adding a minute clinic seems to be at cross purposes. I'd rather not have minute clinic and have kept the pharmacy open.
My fiancee and I came in to the minute clinic because we were both sick. FYI...if you come between 1:30 & 2:30...they are at a required lunch. We made it in before then and did not have to wait at all. She saw him and then me and was very friendly. Prescribed some meds and they were ready by the time we got over to the pharmacy. Will be back next time we get sick for sure. So much less hassle than making a doctor's appointment.
Yesterday was my first minute clinic visit here. Had to wait 45 minutes no one ahead of me. Nurse was kinda rude and argumentative and attitudeish. I was only the second customer that day. Over all I never had issues with pharmacy or the store otherwise
