Treat people better, that need their meds. They keep telling him that his script will be ready, then he goes up there and they will be another day, or they need another script, and now he has to wait 4 days more. I don't understand how you guys are even in business. I will be moving our business and closing our accounts with this company.
I was just at this location filling vital asthma medication for my mom that she needed immediately. Her insurance just became active today, so Blue Cross said the pharmacist would need to call to verify its active status. Instead of the pharmacist verifying, he gave us an attitude and told my mother it wasn’t active. She gave him the number to call, he said, “I just called that number it’s not active.” He told us to leave. Rude disrespectful staff!
They have all them people working back there and they are still damn slow why do I have to wait 30_40 mins for my meds when I'm waiting for them 2 hrs if I come back they need to get it together.
quick service here. meds in a minute plus a free flu shot per Godwin! almost like an "In & Out" in CA ;)
