I have been calling for 3 days trying to find out the prescription that I have ready at CVS said I have ready. What is this & who submitted it. No one answers. The majority of mine are mail order, so I want to know. A 6.99 prescription was over $21.00 delivered. Can’t talk to anybody! Patsy M

If the pharmacy staff ever reads this, I just want you to know that I am highly disappointed by the service I received. I am asthmatic and rely on my resuce inhaler because I cant carry my nebulizer in my purse. Please note that I will be writing a letter and calling the corporate office. Your customer service is lacking greatly; Ethics training may be in order for some of the pharmacy staff. Your location is the most convenient CVS but I'd rather drive an extra 15 miles plus to another location. Simply shameful.
Never again will I come back the pharmacist screwed up and insulted me and the manager Jamsime dont give a crap about anything just think I use to be a regular well looks like I am going back to walgreens and never goi g back to cvs
I like this site because the employees are very helpful and tell me how to get the best deals and promotions.
