Pharmacist Thinh Le is a very warm and sincere person. Every time I need help, he will help me even if he is very busy with his work. I have never seen a pharmacist who can work so efficiently, and at the same time be so polite and patient when customers ask questions without showing any impatience. I LOVE CVS and have always been treated well at every other location I’ve visited over my lifetime. My experience at this location today was truly the worst retail experience of my life. Their buy 2 extra bucks deal didn’t attach in self checkout so I asked if the associate could fix it. She told me to return my items and buy online to pick up in store and that would fix it. I ended up standing there for 30 minutes trying to rebuy the items instead of them issuing the missing extra bucks. I didn’t read anything incorrectly. ... read more
