This pharmacy branch lacks basic professional accountability. I just had an incredibly unprofessional phone interaction with a pharmacy technician who identifies himself as "Camen" (pronounced like the Cayman Islands).This individual is grossly incompetent and completely scatterbrained. When asked to verify the pricing for a prescription before pickup, he began giving nonsensical excuses, stating he did not know the price and would not check the system database. Lousy service and basically no communication from the pharmacists. This is not my first time picking up medication from this location btw. After weeks of waiting for insurance approval, I am told that my prescription is ready and when I go to pick it up they say that they don’t have in the system. I tell my provider, and although she says that she has sent in the prescription she does so again (because she’s great). People that work here are great, however, you all need to do something about your completely awful phone tree when calling into the pharmacy to refill a prescription. It is ancient and not user friendly and takes foreveeeeerrrrrr and doesn't recognize the voice commands and you give NO OPTIONS to push numbers instead.
