I LOVE CVS and have always been treated well at every other location I’ve visited over my lifetime. My experience at this location today was truly the worst retail experience of my life. Their buy 2 extra bucks deal didn’t attach in self checkout so I asked if the associate could fix it. She told me to return my items and buy online to pick up in store and that would fix it. I asked for help with my medication price ( very outrageous). They advised me to seek a manufacturer discount card which reduced the price to a number I can pay other than that I couldn’t get my heart medication. Then they expedited my order which saved me a second trip as they were about to close for lunch. Very knowledgeable , courteous. And cooperative.
Pharmacy fails to give all the information, causes delays in getting medicine, and in general is awful.
Madeline (Maddy) went above and beyond to help me and my husband with our baby’s passport photos. She was so kind and helpful.
