My experience with this pharmacy has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call, it's practically impossible to talk to a real person. The automated system insists again and again on asking me for my date of birth, although my only intention is to ask a simple question. The most frustrating thing is that, even after providing the information you request, the system keeps sending me to more recordings instead of communicating with a representative. All the staff I came across were very pleasant and helpful. Secondly it’s great that they’re open 24hrs at the location.
Worst CVS I've ever been to. The manager is terrible and verbally abusive to customers who struggle to use checkout. Highly recommend NOT going here unless you are dying.
