Michelle was Very nice friendly customer Service experience
The literal worst pharmacy I thought they were slow inside. Even worse outside. They serve one car every 15 minutes or more. Got a line full of cars with zero urgency. I sat in line for over 10 minutes and the only car that was helped in that time was the car already at the window when I got there. Why have a drive through if you’re going to treat people that use it like that? Sometimes people aren’t able to go in.
I’m new to this pharmacy and new to using insurance. Nikki who helped me today was very kind and patient with my questions and I really appreciate it.
