I work in a medical office and we keep getting faxes that we should not get, Fax them back and they fax them again the next day to the wrong fax. They do not read what is faxed back or this would not continue to happen. Also not phone number is provided to call to let them know. RIDICULOUS. It interferes in patient care
I would give a -☆ if I could. Im stuck filling at cvs because of my insurance otherwise wouldn't step foot in there. I have been trying to get someone to tell your text and website is messed up sending and posting wrong info but NO ONE seems to be able to help!! You have taken the SERVICE out of customer service. This corporation needs to educate their own employees about informing patients about any changes to their medications . This is the law & particularly important when a patient has a specific mfg/brand of preferred generic for years & suddenly they fill your script with something different . Had that been done , I wouldn't be going through hell in order to get my script fixed & have to pay it myself as well . My Dr didn't make the mistake . Automated phone system takes you in circles cannot talk to someone whoever gave the green light to this system needs to be fired CVS is going to lose customers over this stupid system
Medication was destroyed by ups and calling in to CVS for a replacement was a wast of 4 or 5 phone calls. I will be changing insurance now.. 05/10/2025
