CVS, just when I thought you couldn't get any worse, you go even lower. I live in Florida and my local CVS pharmacy recently installed self-service kiosks at the pharmacy...seriously??? I walk up, fl out all my own info and then stand there waiting for a person to arrive with my medicine. This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. It isn't faster! I was recently in a CVS store and used the ladies restroom and I was shocked to realize that a multi-million dollar company and the best they can offer their customers is one- ply toilet paper. Please CVS you can do better than that.
Michelle V is in need of supervisor help and coaching. Her customer service is not good at all. Especially when patients are already in a hard position needing their meds.
I haven't gotten my medication on time once. They call and hang up. Their website is always down. Hold times are ridiculous, and then they hang up. Next time I have to call, I think I'll save some time and drive up there, myself.
I rarely have anything negative to say but. We are forced to use them because of our health insurance. Please do yourself a favor and find another specialty pharmacy. Your life may depend on it.
