I was recently in a CVS store and used the ladies restroom and I was shocked to realize that a multi-million dollar company and the best they can offer their customers is one- ply toilet paper. Please CVS you can do better than that.
Michelle V is in need of supervisor help and coaching. Her customer service is not good at all. Especially when patients are already in a hard position needing their meds.
I haven't gotten my medication on time once. They call and hang up. Their website is always down. Hold times are ridiculous, and then they hang up. Next time I have to call, I think I'll save some time and drive up there, myself.
I rarely have anything negative to say but. We are forced to use them because of our health insurance. Please do yourself a favor and find another specialty pharmacy. Your life may depend on it.
Hace un año escribí disgustada con este CVS pero este año he tratado con dos representantes ambas de Puerto Rico y de una no sé el nombre por pena no sé lo pedí , la otra joven Omaida una gran atención , resolvió mi problema del medicamento rápido y con un excelente trato , me encantó su trato , muy agradable y risueña , Dios las bendiga por su trato amable y cordial , no hubo stress
