If I could give them 0 stars I would, but I rather see them in court. This past Friday one of the female employees on duty accused my 62 year old mother of stealing the week before. My mother is a stage 4 lung cancer survivor that just got out of Cancer Care. They completely lost tracking of a medication a cancer patient needs to stay alive, THEY FLAT OUT SAID THEY DONT KNOW. The most pathetic and deplorable service ive ever experienced in my life. And thats bad considering i come from a third world country.
They held my daughters script for well over a week .They made her miss her hospitalization. I called at least 10 times or more approximate only to find out their out of network. One minute they covered it, next didn't cover it, next in network and next minute out of network. I spent over 4 hours on the phone to get no where. The associates are just there to punch a clock. No one really knows what their doing. 1 person out of about 10 or more I spoke to knew how to process major medical. I would be livid if I was an investor.... read more
