CVS Caremark is a complete and utter joke of a company. Never, in my life, has a company come up with so many excuses and bullshit lies instead of owning up to their mistakes. First you deny my 14 year old step daughter her insulin she has been taking for years because you "feel that it's not a necessity" Then tonight, you just decide you are not gonna pay for her needles anymore, BC you don't wanna pay for that brand. I think I have to call all the time to straighten one thing or another out and it is suppose to be automatic but that messes up all the time. I have talked to some people who are nice and keep their cool as I am frustrated but other then that this place is run very poorly. I was excited about doing a survery and at the end the survey didn't even work. So I came here to see if others were having issues and yes they are.
You are a pharmacy and have one job, to fill prescriptions. And yet, you are incapable of this. Your customer service is lackadaisical at best and your CSRs are incompetent. I have repeatedly had to jump thru hoops that are now being lit on fire. All because you can't do the job you are being paid to do. I will NEVER do business with them again!! There are about 4 CVS's within a mile of my house and I will not darken their entrance ever again.
I specifically asked for the package to be left at the home without a signature. Today I have a notice on my door saying signature required. I tried the alternative delivery methods that would have been inconvenient for me but would have allowed me to get my mess even if a day late, but to no available. None of the alternative methods worked for me. Here is hoping tomorrow someone at your call center can rectify this problem without inconveniencing me.
If I could give cvs Caremark negative stars I would. They are the absolute worst mail order pharmacy. They have a zero percent approval rate in my book. Take your business elsewhere.
