This place shouldn't be controlling meds, it's 3/31 they have refused to fill my diabetic test strips this entire year, because I'm with Walgreens, so I swapped the test strips over early this month, still nothing, mind you I'm a insulin dependent diabetic, so I cant take insulin because I have no test strips & can't afford the $70 per month. Starting a new prescription with a new physician by placing an order on their website isn't possible based on two attempts a year apart. I used to think that OptumRX delivered astonishingly poor service. Caremark said, hold my beer.
Called in to CVS for a prescription and was given an estimate of $33.56 for the medication. Later we noticed a charge on our credit card for $51.99. This is complete and total consumer/mail order fraud. There is NO WAY an organization doesn't know the exact price when they have you on the phone. If they don't, they shouldn't be in business. Why @bcbsaz contracts with such a poorly operated company is beyond belief. Certainly wish that @oig.usps would investigate this company's business practices.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with . Our insurance company mandatories us to use them . Every refill is wrong . Customer service is horrible.
The worst company to work for. The management is the worst I ever seen. I could go on but not worth my time
If CVS Caremark is going to decide how often I need to refill a medication without consulting my treatment plan, then WHY do I have a psychiatrist??? #CVSCaremarkFAIL
This company is horrible I can not believe that my "Care" is in the hands of this inefficient people!!!
