Updating after yet another miserable experience. Called yesterday - they asked me whether I wanted something filled as brand name or generic. Told them brand name. Walked in today and it was filled as generic. We are all here because there are limited options for pharmacy’s in downtown DC, I guess I’ll look into Safeway two blocks over. Pharmacy Hours: Monday - Friday 8a-6p Sat: 10a-6p Sun: 11a-5p 6p is brutal. Can barely get there after work.
I Work For CVS & Honestly I’m Very Impressed By The Service I Received Here. My Store Needs To Take Notes. I Was Greeted By Everyone Very Pleasantly & Offered Help Almost Immediately. The Pharmacist Was Very Nice & Thorough, He Really Listened & Asked Me Questions To Understand What I Was Going Through. When I Went To Look For The Items He Recommended The Employee In The Aisle Saw Me Struggling & Offered Me Help. Cornell Upfront Was Also Very Nice & Helpful.
