It's messy in here. Pharmacy closes at 6PM on weekdays (when it should be at 8 or 9), some items are out of stock or all over the place, especially in the pharmacy side. Don't think the employees here care about cleaning up the place. Don't know why they have the exit/entrance door closed facing K St NW for several months now. This place needs to be inspected regularly because the way they operate right now is questionable at best. 0/10
This location is awful. There are 2 entrances and 2 sets of registers. On multiple visits, a clerk at one side sent me to the other side just for me to find the other side closed or find another clerk trying to send me to the other side. Update - they’ve removed one set of registers. 75% of the time, doors on the K St side are locked. You may think they’re closed. The NY Ave side is open if they’re open.
