I order frequently by email and on several occasions, I have had to return an item. The only bad thing about returning an item is that you have to have a particular email showing a barcode to make the return. I get hundreds of emails and sorting/saving/deleting is a bear! So when I show up to CVS to return the item and I can't find that particular email, I'm told they can give me a gift card but this particular location doesn't have any which has happened before at this location. You can never get anyone on the phone. Prescription wasn't filled on time. Pharmacy had questions and thebapp did not work to answer them. I was reminded of the reasons I stopped using CVS in the first place.
