I am very frustrated with the lack of customer service at this pharmacy. I have tried multiple times to contact someone by phone and through the virtual assistant, but I have been unable to reach anyone. I simply need assistance with my prescription refill, and it should not be this difficult to speak with someone. This is extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I hope the pharmacy improves its communication and customer service.
been coming here since 2012 and never had any issues, lately this store just seems to be ran by people who do not care about having a job. night shift seems to worry more about going home early rather than doing their job. extremely poor customer service and just rude. also, yall need to change your hours on all platforms and on the store itself if you’re going to continue advertising “open until 12”. but don’t worry! you’re employees are locking up RIGHT at 11 if not earlier, so they got you completely covered when it comes... read more
