Absolutely horrible! When I am standing there dealing with the manager and even she won't do her job, then there is a PROBLEM! When you have OTC APPROVED items and it states it on the card and in the system then ring it up properly. I drove 10 miles down the road to another CVS and purchased the SAME item without any issues at all! This store needs more constant training and better customer service especially in management position!
Prescriptions never ready when scheduled. Line always out of the door. Staff dismissive and rude. Definitely switching pharmacies.
Drive thru takes entirely too long ! Like it’s done on purpose! I’ve have drive thru covid test that were faster. Wait time 40 mins to 4 cars ahead of me.
This location is the worst I’ve experienced. The staff members are rude! They always mess up my new prescription for the same medication. Then puts it on the two profiles that I had nothing to do with. Never an apology. Oh and it doesn’t matter that you are in line and waiting for 15 or more minutes before closing time, when it’s closing time….they will leave your there!
