I witnessed a concerning practice at your pharmacy where an employee handled medication with bare hands, potentially compromising the cleanliness and safety of the prescription. It's standard practice in pharmacies to use gloves or utensils when handling medications to prevent contamination. I'd like to bring this to the attention of the management to ensure proper protocols are followed. For specific she used her bare hands to spread out the clustered pills after dispensed from the bottle.
