I’m glad I look at the photos before leaving but when they stabled the envelope they stabled my photo with it as well. I came back inside the lady said that I needed a receipt which I showed it to her but telling her I was just in here like 2 minutes ago. And she said “well the machine is down.” I felt like I was just pushed off because of her not wanting to fix the problem.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I dropped off a prescription in the drive thru and you could barely hear anything from the speaker. Verified phone number and didn’t hear anything else so we pulled off. The lady with the long braids seemed to already have an attitude in the drive thru. I decided to come inside to check to see if they had my insurance information on file and to see when the prescription would be ready because I didn’t hear this information in the drive thru. I witnessed a concerning practice at your pharmacy where an employee handled medication with bare hands, potentially compromising the cleanliness and safety of the prescription. It's standard practice in pharmacies to use gloves or utensils when handling medications to prevent contamination. I'd like to bring this to the attention of the management to ensure proper protocols are followed. For specific she used her bare hands to spread out the clustered pills after dispensed from the bottle.
