This pharmacy has never been great and has only gotten worse now that its the only CVS in the area. They mess up my prescriptions all the time dont fill them correctly or "overlook" them when i have a few to fill at a time. The forced AI answering phone service is garbage but it keeps any live person from taking the call so im sure the employees love that and take full advantage of it. Garbage this location is garbage!
*Changed review from five star, to one star!* I frequently shop at this location and always have been treated with respect and the employees have always been helpful. Well, that changed today. I purchased the CVS ear cleaner pack which was buy one get one 50% off. Due to only having one left in stock, I asked the cashier if she would mark down the item, which she agreed to. I was at this location around 4:00 P.M. today. I have a bad lower back problem that messes with my sciatica nerve. I turned around and it went out. I could not put pressure on my left side. I was in tears and asked the cashier who is Indiana to help me and to my surprise, he would not. He told me to take the cart out and he would come and get it.
