All I have to say is that "Susan Kosh (At least that is what she said her name was.)," the pharmacist, is a very UNPROFESSIONAL, IGNORANT pharmacist. I asked to have my medication counted, specifically my Schedule II and Schedule III medications (because they have been short on multiple occasions). I'm an extra care card member, but the coupons/discounts I receive aren't of any value when stock isn't available for me to be able to use them.
Matt was absolutely wonderful and seriously needs a raise, I’m an amazon worker and was struggling to pay for my drink because my phone was moving slow due to the heat and he resolved my issue, got me in and out in seconds!!! Matt if you see this, thank you so much!!!
