It is impossible to reach a pharmacist. Their phone system and app system waste huge amounts of my time. The pharmacists may be good, but the ability to reach them infuriates me.
I have called MANYYYYY times about getting my phone number removed from some random persons account. Their name is Lane and i keep getting text about their appointments or prescription refills and they will not remove my number. I have explained it is breaking Hipa for me to be getting their info and updates and they will not do anything about it and it’s driving me crazy getting their constant updates.
The pharmacy took care of my prescription in less than ten minutes and answered all my questions. The guy at the register helped me find very good coupons on my app to buy another product. Very nice, helpful staff
