I am giving this little store 5 stars for the staff. There are rarely enough on duty - that is not their fault but corporate strategy. I hate the auto machines and am always grateful when a staff member will ring up customers. We have a lot of grey haired shoppers round here on the Baltimore Pike. So yeay for the staff who work short handed at this CVS.
I see why this place has so many bad reviews ! And so many one stars . Bad customer service, the man, it was not helpful. Had to scan the whole order multiple times at the end , my total was more than the beginning. I should have never asked him to see about my customer care bucks because I lost my coupons because he scanned them multiple times and after the first time he scanned them, he said they don't work, but the first time they did so he lost my coupons.I lost money because of him.Bad customer service terrible experien... read more
The pharmacist may have actually saved my life tonight by fighting for me to find a medication. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to this location. It is so refreshing to see someone go yawn the extra steps to make sure that a customer is taking care of. She also followed up with me as well and looked into other options. Overall I'm beyond impressed with her kindness!
Visited the MinuteClinic over the weekend when my regular doctor was unavailable. The service was efficient, and it was a huge relief to get a consultation on a Saturday. Having the pharmacy right there to fill my prescription immediately was a major convenience.
The minute clinic was such an easy and pleasant experience for my pre-travel visit. The check-in process was quick and simple. April was very helpful and sweet. 10 mines after I was done the minute clinic visit, the pharmacy already had my medications ready and when assisted. Overall, a much better experience than seeing my PCP
