We have taken our almost 10 year-old son to the MinuteClinic at CVS twice in the past two month's as we could not get into our PCP. Both times we saw Marybeth Rizzo Moore and she was amazing! First time for strep and second time it turned out to be allergies/a cold. We have been lucky to get same day, convenient appointments.
Minute Clinic-waste of time and money. Call Telehealth if emergency is needed.
The PA that I saw was very nice and informative. Made me feel very comfortable. Just a really nice environment
Went to CVS for a passport photo. The process was quick and easy. The staff person who assisted me was nice and knowledgeable about the requirements. I was there 15 minutes or less. Great job CVS!
The pharmacists on duty did not know how to work their own system. Had to wait over 20 minutes for them to check me out. Ended up having to pay for a medication that should have been covered by insurance.
