We contacted the CVS Pharmacy in Duluth, Georgia by phone about my 88-year-old mother's prescriptions, including one that was due to be filled tomorrow. The pharmacist's attitude was unacceptable. She was curt, dismissive, and made us feel as if asking basic questions was a bother. My mother depends on these medications as part of her daily care, and at 88 years old, she shouldn't have to deal with this kind of treatment just to get her meds sorted out.
