I contacted corporate with my review, but wanted to leave it here as well! It is specifically for Rebecca in the pharmacy, however I have had positive experiences with the whole store. Rebecca in the pharmacy was an absolute lifesaver for me this week. I had a medication that I was out of and needed immediately and after trying all day to get a hold of my doctors and the other CVS where it was getting stuck, I had almost given up. Really glad they’re closing. The pharmacy is impossible to work with and refuses to have my dog’s medicine ready every month. She has epilepsy and I’ve talked to them so many times about having her meds on order every month and they just ignore me. We give them ample amount of time to order it too and it’s not a one off thing, it’s EVERY MONTH. It’s extremely unprofessional and harmful to my dog’s life. If I could give them zero stars I would. Wonderful pharmacy with staff that have all been courteous and helpful except for Joseph (if that’s his real name) who over the phone had extreme attitude, kept interrupting me and getting mad when I didn’t let him talk over me and refused to answer my needed questions for my medication that had an issue when it was dispensed and then hung up on me. If you go, just check that he’s not working and you should have a great experience. If he works consistent hours- this issue occurred on a Monday morning.
This location is a joke.
Avoid at all costs. The staff is rude, the drinks are locked up and good luck finding someone to open the fridges. They have messed up a photo order 4 times and no refuse to do anything when they give out canvas that are half white because if their mess up.
