I just called them to see if they had a medication. The pharmacist got on the phone, said “no we don’t have that” and bluntly hung up in my ear. I’m so shocked. How rude. Who on earth does she think she is. They are so rude at this store.

This location has been closed, boarded up with plywood for months now with no sign explaining if or when the store will ever open up again. When the store was open, shoplifting was rampant and the security guards were too busy to try to stop the thief's because they were constantly on their phones and complaining about their job. Most of the customer service staff did their best to ring up customers and attempt to stop shoplifters at the same time but the security couldn't have cared less. I've gone in with $2 looking for a snack and with plenty and I've always been treated well when I've needed to ask for any assistance. Although some community may be impatient or snobby or poor and suspicious in that association the staff is consistent in fair treatment. As my local store proud to praise this effort and to live in the city know for wonder acceptence and love. RB
