Nearly all the shelves are empty
Had an appointment date for almost 2 weeks and while reading the reviews, I now know why it is rated so low. They canceled my appointment after claiming to have called earlier in the day and left a voicemail -- which I did not receive. Even if they did call, why send a cancelation email 10 minutes before my appointment late in the evening? Waste of time and money. Avoid this place if you can.
