RecommendedGreat members staff and facility!
This facility lacks customer service. I can assure you not a single person there could tell you my name. No one has ever ask my interest or offered programs. Forget an item , tough luck not even an attempt to help. Many of pool supplies are broke. Locker facilities lacking ( swimsuit spinner, decent soap, enough benches, ) etc ....
Kudos to the the Wellness Center for getting the pool roof repaired in a super timely manner!!
My husband & I have been members since the beginning of January 2018 & have been going consistently Monday-Wed.-Friday as schedules permit, trying to make up on other days when schedules interrupt. I love the Strong Bones class at 9 am on M-W-F inspired/motivated by Ryan & Cari & my husband uses the cardio equipment. We have noticed a significant weight loss & overall feeling of wellness! We would definitely recommend this fitness center to friends & family.
I know that I'm in good hands there!!!! The staff is always personable and caring!!!!!
