I give them 5 stars because I received quality care under emergency conditions when the Urgent Care center I saw first was unable to provide the services I required (a CAT scan)…it takes time in any ER. All the staff in the ER were professional and kind. Fortunately, my health condition did not require immediate care meaning I waited my turn for their professional services. Every single staff member I encountered showed me kindness and compassion. It was as if they all actually enjoyed what they were doing and chose to be there. The facility was clean and the staff seemed to work well as a team. They were professional and thorough (but not overly thorough, ya know$) in their investigation of my issue. I was absolutely terrified that day but they made me believe I was in good hands. Shout out to DO Custodio, she could have sent me on my way once she received the normal test results. Absolutely ridiculous.
Had an amazing nurse - I don’t remember her name but she was a redhead/strawberry blonde and she was so nice and amazing. Patients here were jerks but you need to realize the Nurses here are just following the rules and the laws they have too! Just don’t be a jerk! Be nice to them and they’ll be nice to you! They were so helpful and kind and caring to me!
It takes them several hours to do anything from a Iv to even getting seen, would recommend going anywhere else other then this er
