This awful company took over a week to process my rental application and after continually harassing the owner DAVE SMITH (847)682-2367 he finally had someone in his office approve our application. The night before we were supposed to move in he called me to tell me he had changed his mind and decided to accept a different application although he had just reposted the apartment on craigslist. **DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN/COMPANY!!
