Amazing visit! I needed help with a stubborn sinus infection. Was seen in minutes by a smiling, friendly, supportive, informative medical professional. Rapid, accurate diagnosis and explanation, immediate prescription to kill the infection from next-door Kinney Drugs. My first experience here, but can't say enough good about it.

Arrived with a dislocated shoulder. From the beginning I felt a lack of empathy from staff as I was experiencing the worst pain I'd ever experienced to that point. I waited in agony for what felt like an eternity before a nurse brought me back and started taking vitals. After repeated requests for someone to bring my shoulder back into its socket and no one who seemed competent enough to do so, I left and was driven to the ER. I wish I would have just went there in the first place.
