I’ve been very happy with my experience as a tenant with CVille Properties. They are very reasonable and responsive to requests, provided a very thorough guide to the property at move in, and have a nice website to handle payments and maintenance requests easily. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

When changes in my life forced me to find a home to rent fortunately Catonsville Properties had a rental property available. The application process was easy. The viewing if the house happened very quickly. Keith, who showed me the property is professional, courteous, & frankly, a very nice person. Cville Properties has been a great group to work with. They were flexible with move-in date since we were coming from Texas. They have been very responsive when issues have arisen with the rental. I also appreciate their automated system for payments, questions, etc
