I was at first hesitant to hire a management company because I didn’t want to cut down already slim margins, but I’m so glad I found CVille. Jesse and Keith have turned out to be lifesavers on multiple occasions, solving problems much more quickly than I could have on my own and, thanks to their contractor connections, often at a fraction of the cost. I would recommend them to anyone with rental properties in the Baltimore/Catonsville area.
