Very Unprofessional I’m honestly disappointed with the way I was treated by the front desk, particularly Bre. Her attitude came across as extremely rude and unprofessional, and it made an already uncomfortable experience even worse. While I was waiting, I could hear her openly talking about other employees. Regardless of what was being discussed, having conversations like that within earshot of patients is incredibly inappropriate and uncomfortable.
