Lived at sky at p83 for almost 4 years. I was told if I buy a house there will be no lease break fee. Yeah that was bull, sent a bill to my new house, where I was expecting a refund of my deposit.
We were very interested in The Copper Palms Apartments which is one of Cvg Properties. We filled out the application and not only paid the application fee but also an admin fee. BEFORE doing this, we checked our credit scores. We would have never paid that kind of money if it was a waste of time and money. Our credit scores were enough to qualify. BUT...we got denied due to our credit score being too low. Beware...what a scam to get money out of people.
