SELLING LUXURY but that's not EXACTLY what I'm getting. 4 year tenant at SKYP83. My appliances are non-efficient, mis-matching and most of the time barely working. The grounds are not kept well - the 2nd pool is filthy most of the time. Mgmt does nothing about dog poop and pee on the buildings and around the grounds, including balconies. They were renting an apartment under me to a church who was letting the homeless come and go out of it until I finally was infested with roaches, which of course they did nothing about.... read more
