Would give negative stars if possible, since moving to new complex, called for the last 7 business days and stayed on the phone a total of 7 hours and 32 minutes (over all these days) and my call was never answered. Call another CVFP and transferred me to family medicine office and they answered but not correct location. Went to the office and after talking to the front office staff, had four other patients that heard my conversation advise they had the same issues with no one answering their calls after calling for weeks. As always, everyone was helpful and professional. I'm not crazy about the large health complex because of the distance to walk and the potential for long queues when you aren't feeling well. It was so much easier at the old office, but I guess that's irrelevant now.
