No longer reliable. Practice management problems? Just because you have a provider assigned to you now does not mean they will transfer your case if your provider leaves the practice. You will get medical care here only if your provider does not leave or get fired. If they do, then you are also out. I have trusted my health care to this practice for many years but just discovered they dropped me because my doctor left the practice. After my Wife spoke with BECKY and she was so rude and would not help assist in any way and just wanted to be rude, I told my wife don’t deal with those people anymore, and suggest everyone else do the same. Remember people as I work with the public as a salesman it’s always better to treat people with kindness not only because it is the right thing too do, but you get more flys with honey.
When the appointment was scheduled there wasn't any mention of a no show fee or asked if we wanted to be set up on text message reminders. We never received anything in the mail regarding the appointment. When speaking with Becky, she was adamant they have all the proper documentation and will not waive the FIRST time no show fee (mind blowing because most providers will waive the first time).
