I have purchased both an accessory drive and hood hinge kit from CVF. Both came missing hardware !
I sell engines for Skip White Performance in East Tn. I cannot say enough good things about CFV. They always take such great care of my customers. Trevor and Derrick are really nice guys to work with as is everyone else on the support team. Keep up the great work, I am always beyond impressed with with the craftsman ship of the accessory drives and the "after the sale" support you give my customers.
Horrible ordered part didn’t get it ordered again still didn’t get it I tell them to ship to my front door and they charge me again and tell me they will create a case we’ll buy 2 sets for the price of one and I call now multiple times and they tell me they will get back to me and just blow you off way to treat a customer service isn’t what it was 10 years ago
I had an issue with my order and the support team was excellent. CVF replaced my order with minimal stress and resolved the issue immediately. This company is a class act! THANK YOU CVF and staff!
