I ordered a chrome alternator, when I opened the box, there was pitting on the chrome. I emailed customer support, and they were quick to send another one out. When I received that one, it also had pitting in the chrome. I finally told them to send return labels for both and would find another supplier. Well the return labels are not being sent although they claim to have sent them multiple times to the same email address I'm communicating with them. Very frustrated with the entire process. CVF accessory drive units are bulletproof! The brakes are thick solid aluminum, light weight and strong!!! You will not find a better accessory drive unit on the market for the quality! Customer service was outstanding as well! For o e example, Mic, the sales rep helped me with any questions I had and was willing to go above and beyond to help get my project together!! If something does break they will replace the part with no questions asked and quickly send it out to you as well!! Couldn't ask for better customer sevice!

Great Quality Bracket – Worked Perfectly with a Little Customization I bought CVF Racing’s alternator bracket for a Ford FE engine from their eBay store and adapted it to work with my GM single wire alternator. The quality is top-notch—everything fit as expected, and the machining is excellent. The hardest part was just figuring out the right belt length for my custom setup, but once that was sorted, it worked flawlessly. Super happy with the result. Highly recommend CVF, even for slightly outside-the-box setups like mine!
I thought I had a a/c compressor problem. CVF spent all day on email with me going through all the issues. Literally all day. Finally concluded the compressor is ok and I can move forward with additional trouble shooting of the other a/c system components. Exceptional customer service!
