I would recommend avoiding CVE at all costs if you are looking for asbestos abatement. I hired them to decontaminate our new home from a previous asbestos release, with the scope including HEPA vac and wiping all surfaces. The job was supposed to start Monday and finish Tuesday with CVE bringing in a 3rd party air clearance tester. Problems started almost immediately when their “3rd party” tester refused to perform any dust sampling (he claimed regulations only allowed air sampling, which I’ve been told since is 100% false) ... read more

We were so relieved to find CVE and project manager Brian! We have a 70's home and found asbestos while trying to redo our floors. After a very expensive quote from a recommended company whose owner/estimator was an a**hole... we were scouring the internet trying to find a company that had good reviews and also quick availability. Brian with CVE was able to get out the next day to quote us. His quote was HALF the other guys, he only needed 2 days instead of 5, and he included demolishing our kitchen which wasn't in the first... read more
