The doctors and staff are caring and knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions and explain my dog's conditions in terms I can understand. I definitely recommend CVCA Cardiac Care For Pets.
CVCA Austin NW and CVCA Shoal Creek are both amazing! They always take the time to make sure I understand what is going on with my dog's heart condition and what the next steps should be. They do a great job making us feel like we are the most important clients. I would def. recommend that anyone who has an animal with a heart condition to seek them out.
We love the CVCA staff! It’s never great to need a cardiologist for your pet but I’m so glad this team is here. Dr. Pouliot has significantly improved our dog’s quality of life, we could not be more grateful. She always answers all of my questions and I leave feeling confident in next steps as his needs change. The NW office is incredibly friendly and welcoming (Shout out to Alicia) !!
