We had an appointment with Dr. Jacob. We were greeted by Jen, extremely friendly and professional. We were taken back by our technician for the visit, she too was very friendly and welcoming. We were able to be present during our cat's echo, and Dr. Jacob explained all the findings, treatment, and prognosis with great care an empathy.
