worst experience I ever had, we purchased a top and bottom labeler with lot number hot stamp, after a few months our control screen became obsolete, we had the new screen delivered to us, after installing it, the hot stamp feature stopped working, it was sent back to CVC in Fontana twice, according to them it was fixed but we kept having the same issues, I'm glad we did not buy a second machine. stay away from them.

This is one of the worst company's that I have ever worked with. I have tried numerous times to get a response from Nelson Arellano and he refuses to respond to emails. I was told that the part that I ordered would have a 1 week lead time and here we are over 2 months later with no product and a refusal to return call or emails.
