I really wanted to leave a 5-star review because I did like this place initially. The reason I scheduled the appointment in the first place was the kitchen mini-split. The blower wheel had a significant buildup of cooking grease that I couldn't safely access myself. Before booking, I specifically asked whether the blower wheel—not just the evaporator coils—would be cleaned, and I was told yes.
