I usually don't have any problems with the staff but here lately they have been lazy, need medical evidence for the Government, turn those papers in to the Dr to fill out on the 17th with a schedule appointment to pick those documents up on today the 30th, so why does a Dr take paperwork home, clerk said my Dr wasn't there but give me an appointment, I'm so sick of people that just want a paycheck and don't want to do the job.
I appreciate the courtesy of the parkland staff and the willingness to answer questions.
Run around since January, wont answer phone has a system unit error when calling then hang up automatically. They DO NOT CALL BACK, I had a referral by my doctor in January and was told they couldn’t see me till November because one of the Podiatrist left. SMH, then they suggested I call my insurance and have me find another doctor…… PITIFULL
