No communication. My wife and I applied for a rental property, paid the $40 each for the application fee, and they didn't have the courtesy to respond to my emails or phone calls. Then they removed the listing that we applied for off their website the same day they ran our background checks.
Wonderful customer service! Suzanne is wonderful and so very helpful. She is the nicest lady you will ever work with!
