Brand new filter is LEAKING from inlet. Tried calling & emailing several times...BUT NO RESPONSE? This is my second filter from them, the first one was great (lasted 4 yrs); but now regretting purchasing the 2nd. Have cleared out kitchen sink cabinets until I can get this fixed and it's very inconvenient as I've been waiting days and haven't heard from your company. Went through three of them - all leaked. Tried to contact company and was given delays and lies. Still waiting for refund after 45 days - had to report to MC to get money back
Amazing customer support. Goes out of the way to solve any questions you have during install. We bought a UC-200 under sink filter and everything from the fittings to the filter itself feel made of quality materials. Fit and finish is fantastic too. Definitely recommend over the hoards of off brand competitors on Amazon.
