The whole system is terrible. Office lady, Kelly, is incredibly rude. A issue with our trash and the lady answered the phone was rude. Ridiculous.
I’ve been dealing with Cuyahoga Falls Utility since 2008. I’ve always had very good service. They are polite, knowledgeable, and very friendly and helpful. I’m a little disappointed recently that the new phone system dumps me into voicemail almost immediately, instead of letting me wait in line to talk to someone Other than that, I am very happy with them!
