I’d give ZERO stars if I could. They are the most inconsiderate rudest people I have ever dealt with. I have paid over $700 the since May and they have shut off our electric twice now. We are a low income family with disabled family members and they know our situation and don’t help. I cannot wait to get out of Cuyahoga Falls. It’s a bunch of bullies and they have bullied the wrong person!!
Very rude on phone have people on medical machines they didnt even care shut power off without any notice even when the bill was paid. No knocks on the door no compasion for anyone that they feel is below them no emails no phone calls
Been using the white drop box for 29 years but when the office lost my payment I was told I must have used the regular usps mail box or put a check (with no envelope) in the box. Way to take accountability.🙄
Hundreds of negative reviews can’t be wrong. Not only is this one of the most unprofessional billing services I’ve ever encountered, they intentionally make the billing and itemized breakdown confusing. I zeroed out my bill only to have two months worth of bills two weeks later. They are unwilling to work with you or answer your questions directly. Will bechecko and his supervisor Theresa do not care about the customers or the community. They're only a municipal building. They only go through the motions so they can forget about you. Expect to be treated like trash but make sure you pay on time and try not to be paranoid from retaliation. The billing department is truly a stain on cuyahoga falls
