Whatever happened to common courtesy? I understand the right to refuse when not getting serviced. To deny an elder the ability to use the bathroom is one thing, but denying with a rude tone is uncalled for. This woman was getting her car wash at a business next door, that did not have a bathroom. They recommended asking to use the barber, located next door. She walked in and was told “No, go where you paying for service”, with a rude tone.
